As each piece is made by hand, please allow 3-5 business days for us to carefully pack and dispatch your order. Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location.
For orders within the country, we offer standard and express options. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express aims for 1-3 business days. All rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $250.
International delivery times generally range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We believe the experience of receiving one of our pieces should be as special as the piece itself. Your order is not just a product in a box; it's a gift. That's why we take immense pride in our packaging process. Each ceramic item is carefully wrapped in custom-branded, acid-free tissue paper before being nestled into a bed of biodegradable packing peanuts. We use sturdy, double-walled boxes to create a protective shell. This meticulous, multi-layered approach ensures that your new ceramic art arrives in pristine condition, ready to be enjoyed. Our commitment extends to the environment, with all our packing materials being recyclable or biodegradable.
While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that things don't always work out. We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in color and form are natural and not considered defects.
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Please repack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
In the unlikely event your piece arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we insure every package against damage during transit.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate the change. However, once the item has been shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.
Our standard packaging is designed to feel like a gift, wrapped in beautiful tissue paper. If you would like to include a personalized, handwritten note, please add your message in the "Order Notes" section at checkout, and we will be delighted to include it for you free of charge.
